The Sapporo Gakuin University Basic SDGs Policy

In 2015, with the aim of solving a wide range of global problems, the United Nations adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, setting out the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 17 areas and 169 targets that have universal value for humanity and the international community. The core message in pursuing the SDGs is that “No one will be left behind.” Creating a sustainable planet and international society requires humanity to work together, transcending interests and conflicts.
