The title of this class is ‘Global Issues in English’. We will look at some of the environmental and social problems that our world faces. There will be many chances to practice communicating our thoughts about these issues with both controlled language support and more free communication work. A positive attitude and a willingness to try will help you to improve your English communication skills!

My name is Tim Grose. I’m from the UK although I have been living in Japan for a long time. My interests are environmental issues, gardening and outdoor activities. Therefore, Hokkaido is an excellent place for me to live and work!
